Michał Siwko graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. He is specialized in real estate and construction investments. He is engaged in many infrastructure assignments, public procurement proceedings and projects implemented under public-private partnership (PPP). His excellent legal assistance in supporting the process of equipping the National Stadium in Warsaw, (the public procurement for screens, VoIP telephony and security systems with a total value of more than 120 million zloty), was appreciated in The Ranking of Law Firms 2011 announced by "Rzeczpospolita", a Polish daily newspaper.

Michał Siwko has extensive experience in advising on both mergers and take-overs, privatization and restructuring processes as well as in preparing legal analyses of businesses which accompany the above-mentioned.

Rafał Trusiewicz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. He also completed studies in the field of English and EU Law organized by the Warsaw University in co-operation with the University of Cambridge as well as studies in the field of American Law provided by the University of Florida at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University. Mr. Trusiewicz was granted a scholarship at the Central Europe University in Budapest, a scholarship at the Faculty of Law of Central Europe University at the University of Oxford and a scholarship at the Leiden University. What is more, he was awarded a diploma of the World Law Institute of Cornell University.

Within his professional practice he provides advisory services with regards to company mergers, purchase of securities and shares in Polish business entities. He is responsible for drawing up the legal analysis of a due diligence type concerning investment funds, insurance companies and stock exchange companies. He supplies comprehensive legal consultancy in the process of restructuring strategic properties belonging to the state-owned companies. He is experienced in representing the interests of parties operating in the infrastructure according to public procurement as well as in PPP projects.
